Security Guard (Ex-Serviceman) and Security Guard (Civilian) and other categories of personnel are recruited under the following system.
Before recruitment the candidate / personnel shall produce his Physical Fitness Certificate, Eye-Sight (near and far vision) Certificate, Service Record Book , Experience Certificate (if any), Voter Identity Card, Character Certificate from Local Councilor, Anchal pradhan or any other Competent, Authority, Educational/School leaving certificate and recent photograph duly attested by any Gazetted Officer, before the recruiting officer of the company and after verification and scrutiny of all relevant papers and documents, if found satisfactory, the candidate will be recruited and beside this , their character antecedent will be verified by the concerned district Superintendent of Police and Commissioner of Police or his authorized officer as per the provision of the West Bengal Private Security Agency Rules 2007. |

- In case of Armed Guard, their Arm License will be checked as to ascertain the genuinity of the license.
- Physical Standard and Eligibility for Security Personnel.
- Standard Height with sound health.
- Qualification H.S and above.
- For other categories Standard is maintained categorically.

Dress Code/ Uniform
Khaki colored pant and bottle green shirt with own brand logo indicating designation of the personnel.
