The company has its own training center with latest modern infrastructure with full time instructor conducted by Ex-Army training promoted as per the syllabus specified in The West Bengal Private Security Agency Rules 2007 made by the Govt. of West Bengal.
Beside these the institute trains the personnel trade wise for service sector and industrial sector.
